Change Mail Template for Password creation of Portal Users

Hi,

we create portal-users through the administration, during that process we create an Initial Passwort an send it to the portal user. Is there a way to change the mail template with the account data?

Hello Sebastian,

Administration > Template Manger > Access Info for Portals.

Note, that it's a mustache template. They are compilable and can be screwed up by a not proper modification.

Thx for the quick reply. Is that an feature of an newer version? We are still on 4.8.2.
I only see Email Template and there is only 1 Template availible (Case-to-Email auto-reply).

Okay, so we have to upgrade. We are using EspoCRM 4.8.2 with Advanced Pack 1.25.3. Is it possible to upgrade EspoCRM without upgrading the Advanded Pack to the latest version?

I wouldn't do it. It's too dated. Issues can raise.
