Portal users can not upload files

I have tried to upload files from the portal but I have a error 403: Access Denied

The portal role includes all access to files and folders

The user is assigned to the account she is trying to upload the file to

Any help?

Please, attach the screenshot with your role settings. I will take a look.
Have you created a portal role or just a usual role?
