Hi
I can create a new Template for a mass mailing, but only as an Administrator. I can use: Administration > Entity Manager > Campaign > Fields > Contacts Template > click up arrow in Default field > Create Template button.
However, when I click on Campaigns tab > Select Campaign > Edit Contacts Template > Up arrow, the window which opens has no Create Template arrow.
I need end users to be able to create new templates rather than rely on an Administrator to do this. Can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong
