Upgrade issue

I am trying to upgrade to the newest version. However, when I try to upload the package, I get a 500 error with warning the package is not an installation package. Anyone have any idea what is causing this?

do you try to upgrade Espo with the Espo installation pack from here https://www.espocrm.com/download/ or from here https://www.espocrm.com/download/upgrades/? All packs to upgrade Espo are situated here https://www.espocrm.com/download/upgrades/.

I used the one found here: https://www.espocrm.com/download/upgrades/

Tell me please what Espo version do you try to upgrade and what pack do you use for this. I will try to reproduce. And don't forget to check the server error log.

Maybe zip file was is corrupted. Try to download again.
