Sales Order - Separate Shipping Account

Is there a default way to have a separate billing and shipping Accounts?

We have a requirement whereby often, customers place an order which needs to be delivered to another company.

You just can hide shipping address fields from the layout. Add 'Shipping Account' relationship and then use placeholders {{shippingAccount.addressStreet}}, {{shippingAccount.addressCity}} etc. in the PDF template.
