Changing Menu items?

Hi:

Is it possible to change the name labels i.e. 'leads' 'accounts' 'call's etc in the front end menu to something else? And if so how?

Hello,
go to Administration -> Entity Manager. In the front of entity click edit and change the next parameters: Label Singular, Label Plural. Save changes.
