Modify User Schema

Is there a way to remove the first/last name requirement for the User entity? Or can I easily modify the User schema?

I'm fairly new to Espo CRM, so please forgive me if I as a question already documented.

Go to Administration -> Entity Manager -> User (field). Check the next fields: firstName, lastName. Uncheck "required" box in the settings of these fields. Save changes.
