Try to debug the problem. Press F12 in your browser, then switch to the 'network' tab, call error again, and check if there appear red records. This is an error. Also, check the error description in the 'console' tab.

Nothing, only appears on my Espo front page "error 500"

This Espo error log. What is in the web server error log?

I have checked this log but nothing about this error 500 appears at file, I have tested several times

If you're using php 5.6 or 7.0 I recommend upgrading to 7.1 We drop 5.6 and 7.0 support in the next EspoCRM release.

When I send direct email from report I have ERROR 500 message

How about send report by email? I have configurated my email and setting at Report Option diary but it not to do nothing, neither I know If it leaves log anywhere
