            Maxim mistook. You need to remove data/cache. Not custom.

              Do I have to reconfigure all extensions?

              I deleted and reinstalled everything as you wrote.

                No need reconfigure.

                The problem was that the old advanced pack was installed along with newer extensions. We will disable the ability to install them with old advanced pack to prevent such an issue.

                    Yes. Checkbox is unchecked that means it's uninstalled. You can remove all uninstalled extensions.
