CRM main page problem

Hi,

Today I detect an anomaly. Our users are used the CRM, but once the CRM is freeze in the all browsers. The users are reload the site and login again. After then they saw empty main page.
I restart the services and the server. The problem is still.
How can I fix this problem?
It is a database problem?

Hi,
at first check the error logs of the Espo and web server as well. This should help you https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...oubleshooting/.
Afterward, if the logs are empty go on Espo page in your browser, press F12 button, switch to the network tab and reload the page. All red records are errors, so it can help us to define its cause.

And one more thing that I wanna know is did you make some changes or updates before you face the problem? Did you changed something in the Espo files, or update php or something else?
