    Hi there,

    thanks for EspoCRM. It's an awesome CRM so far.

    I'd like to understand what is Case, Opportunity, Leads for / where is the difference?
    Is there a documentation that explains this?

    Hi,
    1. Lead represents any person or organization that a company might have the potential to do business with
    2. Opportunity represents a potential deal.
    3. Case entity provides incident-based tracking for issues that may arise from your customers, whether they are external or internal.
