  • Portal users: stream visibility for cases

    Hi,

    I'm not able to make stream section show up for a portal user when looking at its cases. "its cases" means at the fact that case is assigned to "Account1" and portal user is associated to "Contact1" that belongs to "Account1".

    Portal role has stream enable for all:
    Cases enabled yes all all no all
    Where's the catch? What am I missing?

    Did you try to clear cache?

        Actually, It's supposed to be cleared after change. It's already fixed.

          Hi Yuri,

          I tried now changing a portal user role. Changes are applied only after cache cleared. (Espo 5.5.6)
