Bad server response

Hi, I changed nothing in my system, but since two hours ago I got the message Bad Server Response when I was trying to sign in. In the log file was this message:

Hi, I cleared the cache via ssh (for I couldn‘t sign in), and now it works. I hope it will continue ...
