Custom User ID With Formula or Workflow

Hi EspoCRM Team,

We have an integer field at the User module called "User ID". This is a unique number for each user.

At the mySQL database, we need to set the ID of each entry (user) equal to the "User ID" field. We have tried formulas and workflows but havent been able to make it work.

Is there any other solution we can apply?

There is no implemented opportunity to do that. Only manual.
