Field Level Security vs Conditions making panel visible

Hi,
what is the simply way for this. : is what I think is good or no ?

I put some field in a layout "Panel" and restrict the "panel" to the current user ?

if current->(user)->(team) contains "Manager" {
make visible Panel "Confidential"
}else{
make disable Panel "Confidential"
}

it's maybe a feature request ? (Panel Level Security) ?
Give possibility to add current->(user) in condition ?
I am loose here... and how in edit view ?
