Send Message Task Not Sending Emails

Hello,

Whenever my flowchart reaches a task which requires the system to send emails, the task is not carried out. I configured Outbound Emails from Administrator > Email and ran the command in Scheduled Jobs. Is there anything else I have to do for the emails to send?

Nevermind, I just did a fresh install and compared the scheduled jobs. It would seem that the scheduled jobs from the advanced pack was not automatically created. Could this possibly be a bug?
