Target Lists on Campaign and on Mass Emails

You have option to define Target Lists on Campaign and on Mass Emails. Which one will be used? If both Target lists differs, what will happen?

When you fill the form for Mass Email those Target list that you choose will be used instead chosen in the Campaign.
