Suddenly one user cannot log in any more

Hello all.

We have about 10 users. One of them recently cleared his local cache and cookies and now he cannot log in any more.

I can log in as him, so login credentials are fine (and all other users are fine), but this one user keeps getting this:

He has tried on 3 different browsers, same issue.

Anyone every seen this before?

OKay solved it, thanks anyway. The user was travelling and the IP he wanted to log in from was the issue. Apparently it was blocked by the CRM...? He used a VPN, signed in, and was fine afterward.
