Access login denied from different country

Good morning all,

I am experiencing a strange problem.

I am working together with a collaborator located in Canada and when he tries to login into the Espocrm platform the following login box appears (attached image)

The problem occurs after inserting username and password. (tried with different accounts, all working if accessed from local country)

I have tried to emulate a connection from outside the country (using a proxy connection) and the same problem occurs.

Any ideias what it can be? Is there any config to block outside connections?

That can be IP restriction in your web server configuration.
