Mass email automation

I'm Giuseppe from Exstored.com. I've created a new Campaign for mass emails and is working well so far. Now I'm searching a way to automate the population of the target list
based on a criteria, for example the presence of email. Is that possible? How can I do that?

if you have Advanced Pack you can sync you target list with criteria, set it the report
