after update the ticket is closed again. How can I set it again so that the ticket is opened again in case of an answer?

a Workaorund is described, which also worked so far.
However one finds under the indicated path espocrm/application/Espo/Services/InboundEmail.php no more InboundEmail.php.
How can I get it back?
