Importing Leads into CRM

I have a company that sends me leads to my email. How do I have them send them directly into my CRM? He said they usually get a URL to use. I guess it is having data pushed to it he told me. Please help!!!!

If he can send you leads one by one, he can use EspoCRM REST API, if you create user for him (with limited permission or not)
