    Hi Ellen,
    custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/metadata/entityDefs/Lead.json
    add
    "convertEntityList": [

    "Account",
    "Opportunity",
    "Contact"
    ]

    Don't forget, that the file content has to be a valid json. Administration > Clear Cache > refresh the page
