Share e-Mail drafts

Hi!

First of all: EspoCRM is a great software for our company. We love the opensource edition and will buy the advanced pack when business is growing.

Our current problem:
Some times one colleague writes an e-Mail and saves the draft for review by a co-worker. If co-worker approves the draft then the e-Mail will be sent. The problem we have is that co-workers are not able to see drafts from other (personal) email account. Is it possible to share e-Mail drafts in some way with co-workers?

you can manage it with Roles & Teams and Formula

If status is draft - add team,
if status was draft and changed - remove team

create role for this team, where you allow to read emails related team, add this team to managers team list
