[WTA] adding custom button and custom action

hi, i'm having some troubles here. i need to create some custom button for my custom entities. someone please show me the way.

Just wanted to let you know that in the next version (5.5.0) it will be easier to define custom buttons and actions (in the top-right corner on list/detail/edit views). It will be documented.
