Holding & Large Account

How can you manage holding companies and multisite companies with contacts common to other financially connected companies, for example centralized administrations where the same contact is present in more than one company, do I necessarily have to duplicate the contact data as a telephone e-mail address?

Hello,
one contact could be related to several Accounts, has own title for each account, but only one account could be primary.
Don't create several records for one contact
