Import data not support utf8_general_ci font

Dear Tanya,
I'm now trying import data to product and product brand but it seems that it's not supported utf8_general_ci since I'm using vietnamese language.
It's ok if I create manually in product or product brand entity.
Please help to check and advise.

Seems your file is not in UTF-8. I tried to open it a text editr and could not see all characters.

Maybe it was occurred while converting from .xls to .csv file.
