Sales against target

Is there a way of creating a report of sales by user against target/quota?
Obviously we are able to a great report of sales by month but it would be great if we could show the sales compared to a target value associated against the user...

no, it's not possible.
Only if you could group it by some value. Or create two reports with this difference in time frame, and add these reports to the dashbourd
