404 Error for custom entity

I have created the new entity with name ABC successfully, but when i try to open ABC and submit the form then it display "Server side error 404: Controller 'ABC' is not found"

ERROR In error log file

did you create it manually or with Entity Manager? Did you rebuild crm in Administration?
