Autofill accountName field in Lead

The goal is to have Account name field in Lead filled automatically. Trying to do this using formula but looks like don't understand the relationship between "account" and "lead". I assume that if lead is created by user which belongs to a team which belongs to an account there should be a way to do this with Espocrm methods not using custom code.

In general business process in crm looks that: a Lead is a Potential Customer, and when it became a Customer, you convert this Lead to Account/Contact/Opportunity.
Account has link field originalLead field, Lead has accountCreated field. These fields are set, when lead convert.
If you have own links, you can use them.

Could you explain better,what relations do you have, how do you use Lead entity, and what formula did you create?

I have several teams connected to one Account and idea is to have a field "Account" in "Lead" to be autofilled depending on which user from which Account created a record.
