I want "Call" to show on My Calls dashlet for all team members

In my account I added a new user (Alice). I added her to Team-1. (She is only member).

I create a Call. I added Team-1 to that Call.

When I log in as Alice, I don't see that Call on the My Calls dashlet.

Shouldn't it be there since Team-1 is entered on the Call attributes?

Maybe I don't understand the use of teams?

"My" means assigned to me.
You can create Record List dashlet. Here Alice will see all allowed records

I'll check out the Record List dashlet. Is there a way to assign Call to more than 1 person?

No. Call has one assigned user and can have a lot of attendees

OK. I just need a way for Alice and I and anyone in the biz who logs on to see what calls have to be made. How do I do that?
