new url migration

Hi Team,

Please let me know the consequences of moving the CRM to a new url. Say at present it is running on https://www.abc.com, and in few weeks we are renaming the url to https://ww.def.com, how can we do the changes ? any issues to be forseen.

Hi,
change siteUrl in data/confog.php
If you have integration with a Google, change request url in google console.
Check email configuration

when we change the URL in the config file, the salt will change automatically ? and will not create any issue.

If you use the same database, don't change the salt. Automatically it is set once, while installing a new instance
