Permissions to modify filed "Parent"(email)

Is it possible to give users permission to modify field "Parent" in emial?

If users can edit email, they can modify Parent field as well, only if you prohibit it

My permissions in Role look like:
Email: YES, TEAM, TEAM, TEAM
Why i cant edit field "Parent"?
