    Error 409 - Client add/edit

    Hi

    I have starded using EspoCRM - looks very nice - thank you for all Espo Team

    Nevertheless I noted that sometimed we got Error 409 while adding or editing client. I read that it could be problem with Duplicates, but often after editig same client again it is often all right.

    Wold appreciate any help in this matter.

    One more - during edit looks fine. Only when adding new contact to client bud occurs.

      Hi,

      409 is returned when a new contact is recognized as a duplicate. The application should ask you to make a decision to create or not. Seems your server is changing or clearing some headres (maybe X-Status-Reason) so applicaton can't handle it.
