    Contact changes company

    We love that contacts can be attached to multiple companies and spotted that you can set a contacts relationship with a company to inactive but I want to ask how other people update a contact record when someone moves company. In our industry people stay in roles for a good amount of time probably 5 years in average. We have made the account link an audited field so a stream event is created and delete the relationship and add the new one. Is this how other people do it or do they use the inactive status in some way?
