  • email problem when we change user email's address

    I have a user, and assign him an email address, then I can see mails into his folders
    But if I change his email, the inbox is not updated, and I still can see all the previous mails in his inbox or sent folders
    How can we only display the mails according to his current address ?

    emails have assigned user field. reset this field and check again

      You mean, if I have 1000 mails, I need to open manually all of them one after another, and edit to reset the user field ? hmmmmm

        you can use scheduled workflow for this
