    Usage problem for delete field in espocrm database

    In the tables, there is a "delete" field. When we delete a record, this field is set to 1 to indicate it has been deleted. The problem with this is that the software does nto provide us the facility to recover deleted records. Sometimes our user is deletes an account in error but does have the opportunity to recover the record.

    Any advise on how to recover deleted records?

    It is possible only with changing this value in database table to 0. All the relations have be saved

      It literally means that it is not possible to recover deleted records unless the person is DBA and must know the espocrm technical architecture very well. Its not easy to keep track and trace all the linked db records. Especially when we have defined new entities. That is very disappointing. The deleted flag is only a good feature if there is recover feature provided. I need to add this weakness in my review on the software. Tq for your assistance.
