Is it possible to export a target list minus the blacklisted data?

So basically, I want to download all of the contacts in the target list who have not unsubscribed.

Hi,

You can create new target list of all opted out from campaign log panel on the campaign detail view. Then with reports you can create a report listing all contacts belonging to one target list and not belonging to another one.
