Hi,
According to the GDPR regulation, we can send newsletters to people who have explicitly agreed to receive a newstetter (checkbox unchecked by default) and clearly clicked "subscribe newsletter". The "Unubscribe from newsletter" option alone is not sufficient according to GDPR.

Is it possible to do a form with consents to checbox approval and to subscribe to the newsletter only after clicking "subscribe to newsletter"?

In accordance with GDPR, a user has the right to administer applications for his order when and on what basis we process his personal data (in this case, we send a newsletter)
