Where can i change the colour of a row when displaying the Leads

do you want to change the row color by some criteria or do you want to change the whole table. The color of a row means a background color?

It would be very interesting to change the colour of a row (and or field) by a criteria.

it is not supported. But you can colored the text (like status field)
