  • Can you assign calls in bulk

    I have a group of calls named 2 wk that are created when the account is created. They are originally assigned to the supervisor that creates the account. The next day the supervisor assigns the call to the employee who will be making the call (not the same every day). Right now the supervisor has to do this 1 call at a time. Is there a way to do them all at once? Either in the UI or grammatically?
