I need a step-by-step guide to using tracking URLs.

Once I get to the "Create Tracking URL" page, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be putting in the "Name" box.
I've tried putting the URL I want to redirect to, I've tried putting a generic word in there to name the URL for reference, but no matter what I type in there, I get "Error: 404 Not Found".

No matter what I put in there, whether a URL, a name, anything, I always get this when I try to save. Am I supposed to be putting something else in there?

could you check data/cache/application/metadata.php scopes > CampaignTrackingUrl ?
