How can I edit the list view within the screensnipped Tasks box? This Tasks box can be found on the right hand side when viewing a specific Account or a Contact etc.
I have used the Layout manager and altered what I assumed it would be: Tasks > List (Small). I assume it would be this as clicking the + brings up the Detail (Small) view. However, this has done nothing.
What it's displaying is our auto-generated task name of "View" (which is the same for every task), who it is assigned to, and I don't know what the "None" represents. All of that data is very irrelevant to us. It is a little on the frustrating side and any help in resolving the issue would be appreciated!
