    Case item not only for one user

    Is it possible to give a new case to more than one users inside ECRM ?

    In other words if making a case .. I will send AND follow the new case by two engineers, not only one (user) engineer.
    The case will send a notice when connected to a group .. but you can not read the topic in your dashboard, only the maker of the case can.
    Only when you keep the case to your own .. you can.

    I think for this is enough to attach case to the team and set permission with Roles. But maker has to be assigned user
