No, it's not possible.

I think better is to create dashlets Record list or dashlets for Report, if you have Advanced Pack.
You can develop additional filters in upgrade-safe way, if you need.

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to add shortcuts for my team on the left menu.
What I basically want is to be able to access directly the different Leads Status.
Am I missing a simple update on my settings or this is simply not possible?

I'm able to update the navbar.tpl file, it would also be awesome to put custom URLS with variable that will redirect the user to the approriate result page, example : #Lead?status=Dead ....
Is it possible to do so?
