How to add a default BCC in users emails ?

In the previous version there was this option, which I just put the email address in BCC (in the parameter part of a mail account) and each time he composes an email he finds the mail BCC already filled
after updating this field is gone

There was no such a feature.

After 5.2.5 version you can set BCC in Administration > Outbound Emails > BCC address for external clients
