  • Permissions Role Cannot Re-Assign User

    Hello,

    For some reason regular users (with restricted roles) are no longer able to reassign cases or anything else. When they try to reassign, there is "no data" in the User selection list. The Access permission for, in this case (sorry :-0), cases is set to all yes. Strict ACL is off.

    Your help is appreciated.

    So, a non-admin user can only see themselves as a user... hope that make sense.

      This is happening for one user but not for all...

        Hi,

        Read access level for Users is 'own'. Try 'team' or 'all'.
