Calculated fields

Hi,

I have added a calculated field to my opportunities entity.
The new field is calculated only for new records or for changed ones. How can I force this field calculation for all my existed records? I want my old records to have this filed calculated.

Hi,
For this create a report for Opportunities, where this month field is empty.
Create a workflow with trigger type Scheduled, entity type Opportunity, select this report.
In action choose the action Update Target Record. And set the same formula, what you set in Entity Manager.

Honestly, I don't understand why I should do this
My report is a chart report. Do I have to change it to list report?

You need a list report for workflow. To fill empty values in you new field. After you update this field for old records you can remove this report and workflow.
You don't need to modify your grid report.

BTW. You can not change the type of created report You can select the type, while creating.But for existing reports this field is read only.
