Quote workflow

Hello,
yes, you have to create 2 workflows for Quote.
1 - With Trigger Type - Sequential. In Actions - assign to needed user or add the team (depends on how you set permissions).
2 - After Record Created. In Actions - Trigger Another Workflow Rule - select first workflow.

i want to make a workflow of quote, i create a quote and that quote will be available to other user after 1 hours...is it possible to do...
