Email Template for Opportunity with Opportunity Items

I created an Email Template for the Opportunity entity. The Opportunity entity has a relationship with items as "Opportunity Item" by default. But when designing the Email Template there is no "Opportunity.OpportunityItem...". There's the OpportunityItem entity by itself in the entity drop-down for inserting attributes but using this doesn't display data correctly in the email.

How can I access the OpportunityItem from the Opportunity entity to use in the Email Tempalte?
